Buying
Do I need an account?
No. Pay and watch. Add an email for a receipt and a copy of your link.
I lost my link.
Go to My purchases and enter your checkout email. We send every video you bought.
What shows on my statement?
A discreet name from our payment partner. Never the creator or the video.
Can I get a refund?
Yes if it will not play, was not as described, or you were charged twice. See the refund policy.
Selling
Who can sell?
Adults who pass an ID check and sign the creator agreement.
How fast is review?
Usually within one business day.
What can I not sell?
Anything in the content policy: minors or anything suggesting them, anything without consent, and the other banned categories.
How do I get paid?
Sales are held 7 days, then you can pay out to your bank. Minimum £30.
Safety
How do co-stars consent?
You send them a link. They watch the video, fill in their own details, upload ID and a selfie, and sign.
What stops leaks?
Streaming by default, and every copy is marked to its buyer.
I am in a video and did not agree.
Use the takedown request. It comes down straight away.
