Cookie Policy

The short version

We only use cookies that the Sites need to work: to remember that you confirmed you are an adult, to remember your age-check result, to keep creators and staff signed in, and to protect forms against attack. We use no advertising cookies and no tracking cookies. We do not currently use analytics cookies. If that ever changes, we will ask you first.

What cookies are

Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. Similar technologies, such as local storage, work in much the same way. This policy covers all of them, and we call them all "cookies" here.

Strictly necessary cookies

These are needed for the Sites to work and to meet our legal obligations, so they do not need your consent. You can block them in your browser, but parts of the Sites will then not work.

• Age-gate confirmation: remembers that you confirmed you are 18 or over, so you are not asked on every page. Name: tl_age. Duration: 12 months.
• Age-check result: remembers that you passed an age check where one is required, so you do not have to repeat it on this device. It stores only the result, not your face or ID. Name: tl_av. Duration: 12 months.
• Session: keeps creators, agencies and staff signed in to their Studio or admin area. Buyers do not need it to buy or view. Name: tl_s. Duration: 30 days, or until you sign out.
• Security: forms such as checkout and sign-in are protected against cross-site request forgery by checking that each request comes from our own site. This needs no cookie.

Our hosting and security provider, Cloudflare, may also set strictly necessary cookies to protect the Sites from bots and attacks.

Analytics

We do not use analytics cookies. We may count visits using privacy-friendly, first-party measurement that sets no cookies and does not identify you. If we ever want to use analytics cookies, we will only set them if you agree, and you will be able to change your mind at any time.

Advertising cookies

We do not use any advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and we do not allow advertisers to set cookies on the Sites.

Payment pages

When you pay, you are taken to our payment processor's own hosted page. That page is run by the processor, which may set its own cookies under its own cookie policy.

Managing cookies

You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. If you delete them, you will be asked to confirm your age again and, where required, to repeat the age check.
