18 U.S.C. 2257 Record-Keeping Requirements Compliance Statement

The short version

Everyone appearing in any content on Teaselock was at least 18 years old at the time it was made. Creators who upload content are its primary producers and keep the records the law requires. Teaselock also checks and keeps copies of the age, identity and consent records it collects, held by the custodian of records named below.

Statement

All models, actors, actresses and other persons who appear in any visual depiction of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct appearing on, or otherwise contained in, teaselock.com and teaselock.app were at least 18 years of age at the time the depiction was created.

Producers of content

Content on Teaselock is created and uploaded by independent creators. For content uploaded by a creator, that creator is the primary producer of the content and is responsible for creating and keeping the records required by 18 U.S.C. 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75, where they apply.

Records Teaselock keeps

Before any content goes on sale, Teaselock:

• verifies the identity and age of the uploading creator using government ID, through a third-party verification provider;
• requires age, identity and consent records for every person who appears, either by that person accepting the tag in their own verified Teaselock account or by a signed Co-performer Release with the front and back of their government ID, reviewed by our staff;
• keeps copies of the age and consent records it collects.

These records are kept for as long as the content is available and for at least 7 years after.
