The short version
We work with police and authorities to keep people safe. Requests for data go to legal@teaselock.com. We preserve records when asked, respond to genuine emergencies as fast as we can, report child sexual abuse material to the IWF, NCMEC and the police, and have zero tolerance for trafficking and exploitation.
Who we are
Teaselock is a trading name of CORE-FBM MANAGEMENT LTD, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 17168590, registered office 82A James Carter Road, Mildenhall, IP28 7DE, United Kingdom. We are subject to UK law.
Making a request
Send requests to legal@teaselock.com. Please include:
- your name, rank or role, agency and official contact details;
- the legal basis for the request, and any warrant, court order or other legal process;
- the content links, creator usernames, email addresses, transaction references or other identifiers concerned;
- the specific data you need and the time period;
- a reference number for your case.
We only respond to requests from official sources that we can verify. We disclose data where UK data protection law allows it and where the request has a valid legal basis. Requests from outside the UK may need to come through the appropriate international legal channels.
What data we may hold
- Buyers: email address (if given), payment confirmation from our payment processor (not full card numbers), IP addresses, purchase history and the watermark identifier for each copy delivered.
- Creators: identity verification results and ID documents, legal name, payout details, uploaded content, consent records and account activity.
- Co-performers: signed releases and ID copies.
- Access logs: kept for 12 months.
Retention periods are set out in our Privacy Policy.
Preservation requests
If you are obtaining legal process, you can ask us to preserve specific records. We will preserve the data identified while you do so.
Emergency requests
If there is a risk of death or serious injury to anyone, email legal@teaselock.com with EMERGENCY in the subject line, and explain the nature of the emergency. We will respond as quickly as possible and may disclose data without formal legal process where the law allows and the risk justifies it.
Child sexual abuse material
We remove child sexual abuse material immediately, report it to the Internet Watch Foundation (IWF), the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) and the police, close the accounts involved, and preserve all related records for law enforcement.
Trafficking and exploitation
We do not allow human trafficking, coercion or exploitation of any kind. Every creator is ID-verified. Every person appearing in content must be 18 or over, ID-verified and have given written consent on record before anything goes on sale. Sex work solicitation, escort advertising and offline meetups are banned. Payouts go only to bank accounts in the creator's own verified name. If we suspect someone is being trafficked or coerced, we remove the content, suspend the accounts involved and report to the police.
If you are worried that someone is being trafficked or exploited, contact the police.
Records of age and consent
See our 18 U.S.C. 2257 Compliance Statement for the custodian of records.
