Subscribing to a creator

30-day, 6 and 12 month plans, what they include, and cancelling.

Updated 12 Oct 2026

What you get

Some creators offer a subscription for 30 days, 6 months or 12 months. It lets you watch every video they have marked as included, for as long as you subscribe. Their other videos are still bought one at a time. Longer plans cost less per month.

Free trials

Some 30-day plans start with a free trial. The trial length and the date it ends are shown before you subscribe. Unless you cancel before then, it becomes a paid 30-day subscription at the price shown.

Renewal

Your plan renews automatically for the same length, at the price shown when you subscribed, until you cancel. We email you before each renewal: 3 days before for 30-day plans, 14 days before for 6 and 12 month plans, and before a free trial ends.

Cancelling

Cancel in your account in two taps (Account, then Subscriptions, then Cancel). You can also email support@teaselock.com, or contact Epoch Billing Support. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for and are not charged again.
