Getting paid

Your balance

Each sale is held for 7 days, in case of a refund or chargeback, then it becomes available. Your Payouts page shows what is available, what is on hold and when the next amount clears.

Asking for a payout

1. Add your bank details under Payouts. The account must be in your own name. Details are encrypted before they are saved.
2. When at least £30 is available, tap Request payout. You confirm with your passkey.
3. Our team checks it and pays it by bank transfer, usually within 3 working days.

You can have one payout request open at a time.

Shared and couple sales

Your share of couple-page and shared videos is added to your own balance and paid to your own bank, the same way.
