Co-performer Release

The short version

This is the form someone signs when they appear in content that another creator sells on Teaselock. By signing, you confirm you were 18 or over when it was filmed, you agree to appear in it, and you agree to it being published and sold on Teaselock (and downloaded, if you tick that box). You must attach the front and back of your government ID. If you later want the content taken down, you can ask through our appeals process at any time.

How to use this form

1. The co-performer fills in every field and signs.
2. The uploader uploads the signed form with the co-performer's ID (front and back) when adding the content in their Studio.
3. Teaselock staff review the form and ID. The content cannot go on sale until this is approved.

Co-performers who are verified Teaselock creators do not need this form: they can be tagged on the upload and accept in their own account.

Part 3: Age

I confirm that I was at least 18 years old, and at least the age of majority where the content was made, on the date of filming. I have attached a clear copy of the front and back of my valid government-issued photo ID, showing my date of birth.

Part 4: Consent

I confirm that I freely agreed to take part in the content described in Part 2, and that I give my consent to:

1. Appearing in the content.
2. Publication and distribution on Teaselock: the content, and previews, stills and thumbnails taken from it, being published, displayed and sold on Teaselock (teaselock.com and teaselock.app) by the uploader named above.
3. Download: buyers being able to download the content, if the uploader turns downloads on. Tick one:

I understand that each copy sold carries a watermark unique to the buyer, and that buyers receive permanent access to content they have paid for unless it is removed.

I confirm that:

• I was not under the influence of alcohol or drugs to a degree that affected my ability to consent;
• no one forced, pressured or tricked me into taking part or signing this release;
• the information I have given is true.

Part 5: Payment between performers

Any payment or arrangement between me and the uploader is a matter between us. Teaselock is not a party to it and does not pay co-performers unless they are creators selling their own content.

Part 6: Withdrawing consent and removal

I understand that I can ask for the content to be removed at any time through Teaselock's Appeals Policy at teaselock.com/appeal. The content will be taken down straight away while Teaselock checks consent. If my consent cannot be established, or is void under the law, the content stays down permanently. If the uploader disputes my request, the dispute goes to a neutral third party at Teaselock's cost, and the content stays down while it is decided.

Part 7: My data

I understand that Teaselock (CORE-FBM MANAGEMENT LTD) will keep this release and a copy of my ID for as long as the content is available and for at least 7 years after, to meet legal and card-network record-keeping requirements, as described in the Privacy Policy. My ID is used only for age, identity and consent checks and is never shown to buyers.
